Mark is a business law attorney whose practice focuses on the formation and capital financing of emerging companies, as well as mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and general commercial law matters. Mark also represents clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
Prior to co-founding VC Ready Law Group, Mark was a corporate associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP and Edwards Angell Palmer and Dodge LLP.
Mark received a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Emory University. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
Mark is an avid sports fan and occasionally participates as well.
