CIC offers month-to-month agreements and is generally priced between $790 and $1,000 per person, per month.

The Cambridge Coworking Center is a communal workspace with private desks, group tables and a lounge space. Wireless internet is available, and each member has a private, lockable storage cube. Memberships are priced at $250 per month. Conference rooms are also available for member use.

245 First Street, 18th Floor
Regus offers fully-furnished, fully-wired private offices for short or long term lease, or for use by the day. Membership in the Regus BusinessWorld program allows for access to Regus business centers around the world. The Kendall Square business center features two private conference rooms and a kitchen lounge with coffee service, as well as onsite receptionist and mail and copy/fax services. Prices vary based on the space and services desired, and are negotiable. BusinessWorld packages range in price from pay-per-use to $599 per person, per month for unlimited office time.
